    Ownership, Terms & Risk

    • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding pre-orders).
    • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once a parcel is shipped, we cannot redirect it.
    • Express Shipping is available in select regions but not for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
    • Customs clearance, invalid addresses, or other external factors may extend delivery times.

    Customs Duties: Ivory & Aurora covers all customs duties except for orders shipped to India, where customers are responsible for applicable charges.

    Oversized Items (Large Essentials)

    Products requiring special handling—such as diapers and wipes—incur an additional US$9.99 shipping fee per order. This ensures safe delivery of your essentials in the best condition.

    Missing, Non-Delivery & Loss Policy

    We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to your address. In the rare event of loss, non-delivery, or damage during transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly.
